Wellbeing
Gordon Primary School Curriculum
Gordon Primary School is committed to the wellbeing of all students and our community.
Our school values of Respect, Resilience, and Responsibility, underpin all that we do, and guide the decisions and behaviours for all members of our community.
We offer a range of wellbeing supports, including having a social worker on-site 1 day per week, teaching the Respectful Relationships curriculum, utilising programs such as Open Parachute to support the wellbeing curriculum, offering clubs and interest based activities for students, and providing Breakfast Club on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

And, we can’t forget Arlo, who is our school wellbeing dog. He is much loved by our community!
Another avenue for supporting students in their wellbeing and building strong relationships with peers are our fantastic camp programs. Each year, our Grade 5/6s attend a 4 night camp (with the Canberra camp happening biannually), our Grade 3/4s spend 2 nights away, and our Prep-2 students complete a day stay visit somewhere special.
